Tuesday Squat 2x5x60 5x100 3x120 3x140 3x160 2x3x175 2x2x185 2x1x195 Deads - beltless and trying out a different setup. 2x5x60 5x100 1x140 1x50 1x160 1x170 1x180 1x190 - left it here as I was breaking down. Squats.....again 20x120 I died around here, was zombified for the rest of the session. Bench 10x40 10x50 10x60 10x70 10x80 10x90 5x100 - too tired. Farmers walks 50kg dumbells - 30m (15m turn and repeat) A mix of pullups, core work and a lot of silly things tried out here. All in all a decent session, happy I got my squat numbers and the 20 reps

I do submission grappling, ADCC style so it's a mix of many different arts. The class is primarily BJJ but with my build I try use a bit of wrestling and judo.

The 250 was great for a PB, my upper back rounded a bit but lower was good, front squats and sneaky core work have brough that area up to scratch!

Still got the reps in Dumbell Bench 5x5x44kg Comfy After this it was a lot of pullups, yates, cleans, power cleans, hang cleans, jerks, farmers walks with 60kg dumbells. A great day was had
