It's nearly impossible to tell the difference between 8bit + dithering and 10bit with the human eye. Unless you're watching media specifically made to show those differences with back to back comparisons.
The colours of this monitor are definitely good enough for sRGB multimedia and gaming. That Polish review on the previous page pretty much confirms that: 99.5% sRGB coverage and 1.4 dE average out of the box (anything 2 or lower is very good for factory calibration), going down to 0.67 dE by calibrating with the OSD alone. The only downside is that contrast is down to TN-level at 800:1, but that seems to be the sacrifice needed to get IPS-like technologies to refresh fast. LG did a similar thing with their latest panels to push them to 120 or 144Hz native (aw3420dw, 34gk950f for example), when their older ones (X34A, pg348q) had more like 1100:1. Which is still pretty weak, VA alternatives considered.
