Funnily enough I was wondering if walking was a viable way to lose weight. I get Achilles tendentious which makes running doable but painful, it's more bearable walking. I have a handy route that is exactly 4m long that I can do in an hour so you've inspired me to actually get on and do it. Granted I'm only 13.2st but I'm getting a bit of a belly and I'm eating right so it's just the exercise missing. Congrats on the loss, just keep it off now Do you feel any different fatigue wise? Like do you have more energy or is it much the same.
Congratulations I am on a similar journey and half way through, there are a couple of people that have posted now about large weight loss and you guys are a great inspiration!
Great work. You have done a brilliant job, it really isn't easy to get into routine and sort your own health and appearance out. So hats off to you, as the difference is just outstanding.
I've put on 40 pounds in the last year. I'm hoping to loose the weight back and more but cba with gym. Maybe I will try your method, it seems to have worked wonders.
Ahh you've finally got out from behind that Eve console and got some fresh air.
Flipping well done man, that's an epic amount of weight lost.
Here's me thinking going from 91Kg on first April to 79Kg the Sunday before last was good, but DAYUM!
From one current Fat ******* to an ex one i admire your perseverance. I need to drop about half my weight and threads like this make me feel ashamed of myself and quite rightly so.
