I'm down by 140 pounds.

Funnily enough I was wondering if walking was a viable way to lose weight. I get Achilles tendentious which makes running doable but painful, it's more bearable walking. I have a handy route that is exactly 4m long that I can do in an hour so you've inspired me to actually get on and do it. Granted I'm only 13.2st but I'm getting a bit of a belly and I'm eating right so it's just the exercise missing. Congrats on the loss, just keep it off now ;) Do you feel any different fatigue wise? Like do you have more energy or is it much the same.
 
Great work. You have done a brilliant job, it really isn't easy to get into routine and sort your own health and appearance out. So hats off to you, as the difference is just outstanding. :)

Flipping well done man, that's an epic amount of weight lost.
Here's me thinking going from 91Kg on first April to 79Kg the Sunday before last was good, but DAYUM!

Good to hear! I try and do something similar by controlling what is going in. Not always too effective though. :p
 
Nicely done Feek and congrats.

From one current Fat ******* to an ex one i admire your perseverance. I need to drop about half my weight and threads like this make me feel ashamed of myself and quite rightly so.

I need to sort myself out!
