I agree, you can't be eating right if you are putting on weight, you have the balance wrong at the moment. Get the balance right first for your lifestyle and then whatever calories you earn via exercise you get as a bonus on top.
I am extremely impressed Feek. It just goes to show what you can do when you really want to and put your mind to it. A nice consistent steady weight loss so no dramatic shock to the body after. I'm extremely happy for you, nig thumbs up from me here! I wish more could take the initiative you have rather than complaining and being lazy then opting for a solution such as a gastric band.

I don't want to take the focus off but I've been a constant 13st for a number of years (I'm 5'11 height). My gut seems to be getting bigger even if this isn't correlating to weight gain. Guess I'm just a freak but I'm going to monitor it for a month of 4m walks and see what happens.
