Im 10 stone and 5'8 i dont excericse and i eat junk food, am i classed as fat?
At least I hope not. Also BMI is not a very good indication for fat measure.im 19 stone and 5'9, being 10 stone is nothing to be worried about ;]

) and I have not shifted the tummy but I am defiantly getting fitter ,and am happy I can get through pretty much all of it now ! I am hoping if I stick to it 3 times a week the tummy will eventually go !I,m 6ft 3 and about 13.5 Stone but have a belly I cant shift..I have not put on any weight for about 3 years but my tummy has got larger (boo hoo)![]()
I bought one of Nell McAndrews fitness DVD' (cos it was cheap on Amazon) and I have not shifted the tummy but I am defiantly getting fitter ,and am happy I can get through pretty much all of it now ! I am hoping if I stick to it 3 times a week the tummy will eventually go !

So yeah, I'd definitely say it's a good form of excercise if I still didn't get fat after eating that stuff regularly.
