I thought Samsung were going down the "QLED" path (Quantum Dot) for now?
If that is the case I can imagine my 2.4K TV will probably end up sub £1.5K
Just had a cryptic email from Samsung saying they are going to announce a new line of TV tomorrow at CES.. maybe they will get into the OLED game too?

Quantum dot isnt oled. Its normal lcd with some extra crystal layer that lets it produce more colour range/HDR
