Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

That website would instantly put me off even considering insurance with them. It's a bit too aggressive and if that's their tone even before you've purchased insurance I dread to think how they actually handle claims. STRICTLY 21 and over. Big red ban sign over BMW symbol - completely unnecessary. As oppose to? Do they put that next to everything - please ensure you spell your name correctly, please ensure you give is your correct DOB :p

Not to mention "At least 1 years No Claims bonus gained in your name. (We are able to mirror NCB and also except company car, commercial vehicle and motor trade NCB)"

TBH the whole homepage (I didn't look any further) would make me think it's not legit.

I've used Greenlight too, they are one of the best IMO. Skyinsurance are also good. Both have great UK based service. If you need to phone them you always get straight through and no hassle.

A lot of specialist/modified car insurers don't do BMWs, or have limitations on them. That's how they keep premiums so low. BMWs apparently have a much higher number of claims and costs than anything else in the performance car sector.

Just how low can their quotes go? I mean my renewal this year is pegged around the £379 mark, which I was impressed with

I just can't let those grammatical errors and that schoolboy website presentation slide, and have you seen their car galleries?! :p

Sky Insurance seems much more presentable.

Greenlight are a fantastic company regardless of how poor their website is. I know a couple of people who've made claims through them and they have all been completely hassle free.

I'm with them and their customer service is great, can make changes to your policy just by dropping a PM to one of their staff members on owners clubs and they are truly modified car enthusiasts who know exactly what you're talking about when you try to explain any recent changes you've made. If you want to talk to them you are always speaking to someone within just a few minutes unlike the more well known companies, I believe they are a small team who work out of one office in Essex (I may be wrong on that but that's what I've been told).

After 12 months sorting out a credit rating in USAland, she's mine. Not a Hellcat but that's in a couple of years

Dodge Charger R/T

Oh hello Tony (McBain here) didn't realise you were on these forums. Saw this on Facebook yesterday. Very nice, although I'd have gone for a Challenger ;) I guess the Charger is more practical.

New keyboard and mouse. My Logitech K750 failed and with the recent Logitech offer Nope-schizo, it made sense to throw the mouse in as well.

Was a tiny bit worried the keyboard was old stock seeing as it has the old Logitech logo on it, but the actual keyboard has the new one.

Second hand Pipo X7.

Cost me $55 and it's a lot of PC for the money (with a pre-activated full version of Windows 10!) The BIOS is ludicrously tweakable, too.

These things are notorious for running hot (they can reach 90°C under load) so I installed a couple of aluminum heatsinks with some thermal adhesive, and lavished Arctic Alumina on the thermal pad beneath the motherboard.

Pipo is now idling at 42°C.

:D
