Sadly it appears that mine has the common backlight issue, the Escape through to F7 keys keep flickering and going off, which isn't great.

It was only £18, which was the cheapest that I found. They have a range to choose from, and they are on sale. I like it! (Especially as I'm currently playing Medieval Total War 2 a lot.)

This might seem a little unorthodox but I paid to enter 2 photographs into the National Geographic Traveler contest for this year. Could have used some older images but felt best to submit two of what I feel to be the strongest photos from abroad taken this year.

Got a new motherboard to revive an old PC and turn it into a file/backup/TimeMachine/download server.

Now to wait for the new RAM, HDD's and Gigabit switch to arrive and my project shall be complete. Then the fun process of transferring files setting up Samba permissions up for my family begin
