You are, like a lot of people, confusing raw intellect with knowledge. A high IQ is simply and indicator of potential, not accomplishment.
You can be fiercely intelligent but know relatively little.
I'm not confusing anything at all, I'd already pointed out that: "having a high IQ isn't a good indicator of real-world intelligence (which is a combination of the skills required to do well in an IQ test combined with world experience, knowledge retention, and a billion-and-one other things too)."

Effectively, I'll take that as a compliment then. I wouldn't feel the need to take someone down for something distinguishing because I probably wouldn't feel that he's elevated above me, which you must do to have invoked this term.
I don't believe it's necessary to actually have or exhibit a behavioural trait to understand what it is called. I invoked this term because it's what I have seen here time and time again. I don't feel the need to "cut you down to size" (using the Tall Poppy analogy) as you managed that yourself by having pictures of your willy all over the internet.
