GOTY for me, easily, stunning looking, excellent story telling and perfect gameplay. This is how a game should look and play in 2024/25. So many titles the past few years that could or been so much better and failed to deliver, certainly not with this one!

I played a couple of hours last night without it and it looked really great honestly so I'm looking forward to trying out the path tracing mode later.

When I first started playing I was getting 43fps with my 4090 at 3440x1440p

I changed just one of the settings which I think was the DLSS one and then the FPS went up to 85fps

Which version of the game do you have, Steam or Gamepass?

Use DLSS Balanced. Just that alone will give you well above 60fps with full ray tracing on a 4080.

It is gamepass unfortunately! I have used DLSS swapper to bring that upto date but I am reading all over the place about framegen being an issue.

Yeah, that's what I was wondering. I have the game on Steam and will be trying it shortly, hoping to use FG myself hence me asking. I think the GP version will be patched fairly quickly but I don't understand why there's a difference between the versions, makes zero sense.

I'd be surprised if anyone can tell the difference in a blind test between DLSS Quality, Balanced and DLAA in this game for the most part.

Have spent about 12h or so playing this and while I am having fun the game is perhaps 6/10. There is nothing revolutionary in this game and it lacks polish, but for some reason it is still fun, so I guess a nice addition to the game pass.

I've updated my drivers but when I ever I go into the settings and turn on RT, things go too bright (Indy's hair goes bleached blonde haha)
Any one had similar?

This is a classic example of where I wonder if people's nostalgia for the franchise clouds certain things.
I have none for the Indiana Jones franchise so I wonder if I played, it would I feel like I'm just playing Uncharted with an Indiana Jones skin on it (noting Uncharted took a lot of inspo and had lots of references to IJ)

I mean look how much talk there is about graphics and tech. Not much about the actual gameplay..
