Yes, very very lucky indeed, I live in a quietish area but you'd still get opportunists I suspect. The main packaging box was wet but not too bad and there was no damage. Oh, I didn't realise other folks had the same problem. I just checked my order on the OcUK website, still says order status tonight that it's "picked".

Ordered mine at 8pm on the 12th oc showing my order as confirmed, any response to messages has just been a vague "they're not here yet we don't know when" and to minimise faff i paid straight from debit card not PayPal bit frustrated seeing everyone getting notice of their deliveries whilst I'm getting the professional equivalent of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I suspect when you get your email may heavily rely on which variant of the card you ordered. I went for the ASRock Intel ARC B580 Challenger at mid day on the 14th. Heard nothing yet though.

Was always going to hold on because I knew law of sod would hit me by making any alternative options being sold out before refund got to me. Was getting concerned after seeing one alternative supplier showing not expecting restock till March. All worked out in the end tho
 
I pre-ordered and paid for the Intel one 12th Dec. Had heard nothing since order confirmation so contacted OC today only to be told they are out of stock with no ETA for any more. Disappointed

Have you checked the order status today? I was getting told the same thing when I emailed them orderd mine on the 12th and today it's shown as picked. I'm sure Gibbo posted the other day saying the preorders prior to launch would be covered with the stock they got in. Which would actually make sense as to why the site never listed as in stock cos the whole shipment was accounted for with preorder
 
I ordered as a guest so can't check the status. I saw that post also which is why I hadn't been concerned until now. Probably just wait until the end of the week just in case then get a refund.

Ah, I'd say it's likely to be in the picked state then, given they had like 400 ish cards counting 1st and 3rd party, more than likely yours is picked by now then. Made the mistake of ordering as guest on a preorder with someone and that was a rough experience literal ***********. Guessing the next collection for shipping won't be till 2nd cant imagine anything got picked up today.
And given some of the previous posts about royal mail not even sending we've got it emails and just rocking up maybe give it till Monday

I'm in the same boat, checked out with Amazon payments as a guest so I have no order info at all. Emailed customer services and keep getting a canned stock response of we have no ETA and no update. Was really frustrated that they couldn't give me some more info than we don't have any stock when I know from here they do. Definitely a poor customer service experience.
