Knowing my luck if I pre-ordered with one company I can be sure they won't have any stock at all for longer than others
Do what I did with Threadripper and pre-order from multiple places then cancel with those that aren't first to dispatch.

Probably someone jumping the gun, they can't list them for pre-order.

I paid, but it's a well organised retailer, similar in size to OCUK, they have refunded me automatically, I emailed them asking if they made a mistake listing during NDA or if I missed the initial batch, no worries apart from really needing to build before the end of the month, plenty time...hopefully!
All CPU's are removed, so hopefully just NDA, maybe Thu they will all be in stock with ITX boards too!

Hope it's that, maybe not allowed to show stock levels either. Other retails showed stock levels to, now they list the CPU but stock level is blank.

Considering launch is in 2 days, its gone awfully quiet........
I'd say the prices have changed maybe.

Short supply prices went straight up more then a £100 at some places. Not much stock at all for months. Glad I bought mine the first 5 mins of launch

This goes back to the Swedish retailer. I'd wait for a UK retailer to state they have shortages before worrying.

Wasn't November penciled in a while back as Coffee Lake release date? Perhaps they brought the launch forward to stem the tide of them losing market share. Oh well not much longer I suppose.
