I'd fully expect it to be a well organised affair, with stock levels at a volume to satisfy everyone who wants one...


Who am I kidding, Intel have probably had a handful of each SKU to the big suppliers, and then more stock will arrive towards the middle-end of Oct. :p
 
Motherboards seem hard to get hold of.

Work projects, I have a single 8400 due next week, but it won't be shipped until the 5th/6th so I'll be notified if there is any delays normally. Not chased it recently to be fair, since I've got bigger fish to fry presently, so stock being allocated later means I have a better excuse for the PM. :)

Maybe you should start chasing. But if they have confirmed the 5th/6th then that will probably be the launch date.

Gaming 7 seems sound. I only started testing it yesterday though so not 100% able to recommend.

On launch the stock levels are low world wide. We have many more boards than cpu's.

We do have delidded 5ghz and 5.1 ghz bins ready to go.

Yeah I checked it out, ouch at Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 7 price and very surprised Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming is about £80 cheaper than Gaming 7.

Hmmm tough decisions to choose Z370 motherboard.
