I get a lot of mine from the rainforest nowadays, they charge you for the replacement and refund it when the receive the defective component.

I brought a m2 drive from them which turned out to be incompatible with my motherboard, completely my fault. When I arranged for a return I was told to "destroy the drive" and they would issue me a refund. Now that is customer service, can't say I've had a bad experience with them to be honest.They always replace the items in question and give money off or vouchers in most cases.
They just have idiots in the return centre it seems.
