He's not, not even slightly, Johnson is rubbish, selfish, insanely predictable and, did I say rubbish.
Milner is in the team for a reason, versatility, a reason that Johnson wouldn't forfill in any way at all so there is no reason at all Johnson should be in the team ahead of Milner.
Milner also shouldn't be in the team but that is another matter entirely
