Done and done MisChief; me and typo's are now divorced, and the first two lines gone, can't even recall why I put them there, some half-baked attempt at sarcasm I suppose.

Thanks for your input. Unfortunately I have a sparse collections of photos of myself, even more limited to ones that I would use. Can't find any where I look older than my first one. Added two more and deleted my mock pose one we were doing when I was travelling with a pal.

Got rid of the silly last one, hopefully this is a bit better, but I probably still have it full of ridiculousness that make me sound like I'm after 16 year old american teens. My age range is 22-35 so help attracting that range would be appreciated.

This is just a quick redo, not sure what I should be putting or not putting. anything I've left out, or should remove?

change your profile name makes you sound like a devil worshipper or weirdo

also lose non religious if your not religious why mention it ? you see this after
your profile name loving souls ;)

Most of my friends are coupled up so it makes it hard to do things being a singleton, would be nice to have a nice lady to do things together with!

makes you sound desperate i would lose it

why do they need to know your a technical engineer ? you confirmed you worked at british gas . keep it short and brief interesting.

on the first date bit lose this

When I wrote my profile it went something along the lines of:
"Hi and thanks for dropping by. I'm not great at writing this sort of thing and would far rather have a chat over a coffee but here goes. I have a 6 year old son who is the coolest person I know, love my job, got divorced a year ago and want to move on. I could ramble on for ages but, having lured you in with my photo, hopefully this is interstingly vague enough to warrant a quick message. :)"

FYI, I was on POF for 3 days before I was contacted by a woman with whom I am now having a great relationship. :D /Mega-smug mode.

Ok, here we go again.

1) Just remove pics 2, 3 and 4. No pic is better than a bad pic. Pics 2-4 do you no justice.

2) This time, I got as far as "Hello all, I'm about to enter my final year at uni, studying English Literature, so yes I'm poor and a bloody student who pays for chips with a cheque." - I mean, seriously?!?!??!??? :rolleyes:

Women love money. Whether or not they're going to spend your money is a different matter. You don't need money to get girls, but telling girls you're poor isn't going to get you anywhere.

3) Remove that fighting crimes as a detective and dreaming ****. Please!

4) Don't list hates. List things you like, love, inspires you, would love to do, you have done etc etc
 
Wasn't going to post this but What they Hey :o

Let this be a warning to all. :eek: + :p

Went to meet some Doris tuther week, We had been chatting & getting on well you know the story, Anyways went to meet her & didn't fancy her at all. Had to sit feeling awkward for 2 hours or so being sociable but it being blatantly obvious I didn't fancy her, The whole situation was hideous. :p
In the end I pulled the old Prank call myself trick & bailed out. :o

I think the trouble with me is that I type to fast & women I am chatting to take this as us "connecting" as they can have decent conversations with me via text.
That's my theory anyways. :p

Yes I got pics first & Yes we chatted loads but you don't know owt until you've met & then it's God awful if you don't fancy her. :rolleyes: + :p

At this point you can laugh at me. :D
