im not studying mischief now am i ;) i guess im a similar position where i cant be bothered the only difference between me and her is that she goes on dates i dont because i know ill be wasting my/hers time :)

one chick i know that loves attention from 30-40+ year old pervs online and she is 17.. she had to put her dob so she is 18 lol

There's a difference between taking it too seriously (i don't really see anyone here doing that) and getting a bit annoyed when girls do the what seems to be typical female online dating thing and thinking they are superior. It's far too easy for girls. I've seen just how many messages they get and while yes half of them might be from ugly lunatics there are still a bunch of average+ guys looking for a date and if they get ditched from something that seems like there is potential for something not particularly major it sucks.

No, going out and getting blathered enough you cant go on a date the next day is not wise and certainly not something i would do but if you were going to cancel anyway because of a cold you can't really get mad :p

I'm just thankful as **** i didn't have to bother with "real" online dating. I don't think i could handle the games you seem to have to play as a guy. Let me just take a moment to rejoice forums and social networking :D

i guess thats what you should expect as a guy when you're on a dating site..

really i dont get where the mentality comes from? the whole "im a chick so i can sit here and wait for the guy to entertain me and do stuff for me" is so dumb i find it hard to explain, the only chick that genuinely agrees with me is my work mate lol she hates women in general and the way they act(i know random from a girl) she even feels bad for guys who have to put up with this lol.

all im saying tho is don't take it seriously.. all the poems as first message and all that is a waste of time! if a chick likes you she will reply to simple YO! :D

and if she doesn't it won't matter how much effort you put in messages :o

Yeah it's expected but it sucks that it is :p

I'd imagine it comes from getting white knighted constantly by uggos so it gives them the sense of entitlement. Not to mention womens magazines etc telling them they should expect to be chased by the guy if he likes her.. **** that. I know a few who think it's bs, my gf for one, but then again if they haven't been through things like online dating maybe they just haven't grown the ego yet?

I like sending that kind of ****. I disagree somewhat, just from a dating profile i would expect to have to show a little more interest than just a YO but at the same time i would expect the other way around too. Essays aren't any use though.

Anyways back on topic. I said to tomorrows date that I don't want to get him ill and he's happy to reschedule for another day. I'm coughing so much that my abs hurt so it's probably best I stay home and rest rather than walk the great parks of London whilst mopping my snot.

I can mention quite a few of these situations, and I suppose it's totally cool and women (clearly) earn decent money too and there's no reason men should be coughing up for everything, but this broad treats me like a broke ass bum. I guess she's not too far wrong in her theory but I can pay my own way dammit :p

I'm going to have to get firm here and invite her out somewhere where it's my treat and if I so much as see her reach for her handbag, I'm going to slip a fist where the sun don't shine next time we're in bed!

I can tell you now that if a woman wants to pay for me on expensive dates then there is no way in this world I will stop her! If it doesn't make you feel manly or dominating in someway her paying all the time, then make sure you show her your manly and dominating side in the bedroom :p

All I can say is enjoy it whilst you can!!

I remember going on a first totally hanging like a pair of curtains. No way was I going to pull out because of my own stupidity! I got there and simply told her I was feeling slightly delicate, and loud noises and bright lights hurt my head. She didn't sympathise with me, but I got some serious banter from it and she found it funny. Never had she been on a first date with a hung over guy.

sods law that ive messaged the 21 decent girls that are inactive and dont use POF anymore!

im just most likley being impatient though.....ill have another nose around later tonight and send out some more messages!

most of these i found using the meet me thing.
and ive searched for more active users before..... found lots a fat ones and crazys! i know im not exactly a good looking guy myself but.....

i will be more patient, still going to use the shot gun tactic!
but im in no rush to get into another relationship, yeah id love to have one and love having that person there, but i want to make sure its with someone im happy with and well....isnt ugly and crazy!
