Invasion (Apple TV)

I'm still, somewhat, enjoying it. I'm good with slow burners but agree that the kids section grates. Hopefully it starts to kick up in the following episodes.
 
Episode 5 is definitely better but still tedious. These 1 dimensional characters don't need so much irrelevant backstory and cliched melodrama. This latest episode could have been the 2nd episode and we wouldn't of lost anything.

We're half way in now and interested to see if they can make it worst.
 
Watched eps5 earlier. On the verge of losing my rag. It's done absolutely nothing to improve my overall impression on the show.
 
Not understanding the negative reviews in here, it's not ground breaking or anything but the 4 I have watched so far have kept me interested and wanting to continue, it may or may not deliver in the end but i'm gonna give it a chance.
 
I was looking forward to this, watched 4 episodes on the plane earlier.

Please tell me in episode 5 it all changes and something actually happens?!

I can't even think how I would describe this show to someone. Literally nothing happens worth mentioning.

No :p I want to see just how stupid things can get and I want to see that asian dad geezer die in the most horrible manner for being a clown that he is.

Every Friday is Acapulco, Foundation, and Invasion day!
 
I always start the day with Invasion... if you start at the bottom things can only get better.

Ep6 is the turning point, we get to see some invasion action (just make sure to turn up the brightness).

Whole episode was mainly people hiding in the dark and could hardly see anything. It's focused on 1 character, so I expect the next 3 episodes to be same, leaving the final episode to wrap up.
