Handoff is still unidirectional for me. I can switch from Mac to iPhone but not vice versa.

Yep it's supported. I can do most of the Handoff stuff, the only thing that isn't working is the dock on OS X. Nothing shows up when I use my phone.
What iPhone are you using? Bluetooth switched on?
iPhone 6. Bluetooth is enabled but the devices aren't paired with each other.
