Regarding the issue with the vibration of my 6s plus, i got apple care + now, so i guess i don't have to go to my carrier at all? i'll just go straight to the apple store to see what they say? If not i'll contact my carrier, and go the long route. The phone is working fine apart from the loud faulty sounding vibration, there's clearly something wrong with it.
Do i need to book a genius bar appointment, or just walk straight in?
