Regarding the issue with the vibration of my 6s plus, i got apple care + now, so i guess i don't have to go to my carrier at all? i'll just go straight to the apple store to see what they say? If not i'll contact my carrier, and go the long route. The phone is working fine apart from the loud faulty sounding vibration, there's clearly something wrong with it.

Do i need to book a genius bar appointment, or just walk straight in?

Still using my 6s for the time being. Is there a good Reddit app as all the ones I have tried pale in comparison to those I have used on Android. Other apps are much better on iOS. Possibly just swings and roundabouts?

Thanks very much. Ordered this pre-emptively in case my lightning cable breaks again, which it seems to have done on around a yearly basis since I've been using iPhones. Had some other items I needed to buy so the fact this was an add-on offer didn't affect me.

A little update on my issue with my 6s +.

Took it to the Apple store even though it was purchased from my carrier. Apple genius agreed the phone had developed a fault with the taptic vibration engine, checked to see if the part could be replaced, but said it couldn't, so he replaced the phone on the spot. Took around 20 mins even though i was late for my appointment in a busy store. Top service by Apple!

I guess the replacement phone is refurbished because the box didn't look like the retail box, it was just plain white...

Aye, all replacement devices are refurbs. That's not a bad thing though.

My 6s+ battery stats are showing 4 hrs 19 usage for today and as far as I'm aware that's pretty much 100% screen on time browsing the web. The battery's at 51%. So well over 8 hours SoT from a single charge. I'm well chuffed with the battery on this. My Note 2 would have been dead at 4 hours SoT. Less if it had been on standby for any amount of time.

Okay, has anyone picked up the Apple leather case?

How on earth do we clean them??? I can't find a single thing online and I've had to resort to using a non alcoholic disinfectant wipe.

I have the Apple leather cases, just use a little leather conditioner on them for car seats, removes grime and keeps the leather nice.

Is a way to fully cache a single YouTube video so you can listen/watch later?

Is there a way to do it on YouTube? Just like the workaround where you can play a YouTube video from any browser then lock the screen and hit play so you can listen to the video without the screen being on.

A lot of the podcasts I enjoy are video recorded and I'd love to watch them without using up my data plan.

Keep getting iMessage is activating and it doesn't happen at all, was working fine all the time :/
