My contacts are all on my phone but it just doesn't seem to pick them up for an incoming call. Very strange :S

Yea I had this too, you must make sure that you type the number of the contacts in exactly the same as they would appear when they call you.
(or put +(Country Code), not 00(Country Code) - I travel a lot so I put country codes infront of my numbers).

Yeah well first time I restore my gf's iphone the restore failed on the backup restoration so all her contacts, photos etc were lost.

Used iSim.

Is there an easy way to delete all contacts from the phone? I might just try re-adding them.

I used SIMport to transfer all my contacts from my SIM to the Phone, took about 3 secs to get them all.

Also whatabout a PDF reader for this thing? I know we can read PDFs through Safari but its a pain having to connect to the net to do it.

I get it sporadically but normally just get the blue rectangle representing GPRS.
