I can heartily recommend the Kia. It's a powerful FWD car so it drives unlike anything else on the service. Closest thing you'll get to a BTCC car, which is why it's popular with the UK contingent. The iRacing forums is a bit quiet on the Kia front, the main community action is over on the British Sim Racers Facebook group.
Cadillac I'm not so keen on. Races tend to attract the Yanks who generally don't get road racing, and it's a free car so the inexperienced people out of rookies can cause chaos in the lower splits. I find it a bit tricky, and the view out is bloody awful.
