It’s nothing new, Amazon has been available on the Apple TV for months now.

Only thing thT bugs me about Apple TV is that it can’t do but sports in 4K hdr. Other than that it’s stunning.
It should do once you register it with your Apple ID.What’s the best deal for the 4K these days? If it’s bought from a third party, does it still come with a year sub to AppleTV+ ?
Nope, I've got an XS Max, I didn't upgrade this year.Don’t you have an iPhone 11/pro though? You get 1 year with that.
Open up the Apple TV app on your phone and see if it offers you 12 months for free.Nope, I've got an XS Max, I didn't upgrade this year.
It doesn't, it only offers me the seven day trial.see if it offers you 12 months for free
I doubt that's the fault of the Apple TV, it's whoever is providing you with the sports content that is failing to do that in 4K HDR.
The Apple TV 4K can do 4K HDR. Can you be specific?Nope... It's a fact that apple tv can't do it.

The only thing Apple TV Can't do is 4k / HDR is youtube. It does everything else 4k, HDR, HDR+, Dolby vision etc
You need to look up what it CAN'T do... 4k hdr in 50 FPS is a no no. Its hardware locked to 4k 30fps.
To get hdr you have to drop to 1080p. You can get 4k standard def tho
