ISIL, ISIS, Daesh discussion thread.

Probbaly because they're meant to be done in a large scale attack but this is the odd geoup having gor a hold of only one or twonshells that haven't been stored correctly and have no idea how to deploys them properly

I'm not asking why chemical weapons in general, I'm talking about the attacks in Syria at the moment.

For example the one above. Someone must have spent a fair amount of time making that barrel bomb, but it, and most of the other before it, did bugger all. I can only assume scare tactics.

Seems a Canadian (entirely native canadian that is), has been shot prior to his terror attack going off...

Like...why, how can you be so dumb to be totally distant from Islam in both race, distance and a good few other indicators of being a typical white boy... yet ally yourself to them?

Jesus Christ.

Isn't it amazing the difference between BBC reporting and ITV reporting.

Killed in Syria

Feared dead

I'd be happy if she was dead. Sorry for the family obviously, but sounds like they hated the UK, went to join ISIS, had major regrets when it dawned on them the UK is all warm, fluffy and cuddly. Tried to come home but couldn't, ended up getting bombed. If that's not a strong candidate for the Darwin award 2016 I dont know what is.

Well its a tank of chlorine chucked out of a chopper.

It was never really going to do kuch, peobbaly somone just found a tank of chlorine and figured meh stap some explosives to it.

Its less sophisticated than the old ww1 line a bunch of tanks of chlorine up ans open the valves ans hopw the wind blows ut towards the enemy.

Chlorine needs quite a high concentration to work.

Like carpet bombing amounts

1 of the 3 British schoolgirls who left the UK to join ISIS last year presumed dead.

'Feared dead'

I was just wondering today what was happening with people like he who had gone over there and whether they were regretting it. I don't celebrate her death. I think they didn't fully appreciate what they were doing. They were only school girls and didn't have an appreciation of real life. But I do hope it serves as a lesson to others thinking of helping this evil group.

Like scorza said.

Its the same that we have terrorists here on new identities walking around free.

But we've struck several British citizens in Syria under perfectly legal conditions without any issue. I don't think a lawyer would even entertain the idea of pursuing legal action against the MoD.

Makes us look weak that we even entertain such nonsense legal actions, plus the taxpayer would be funding lawyers on both sides.

If you don't like British laws then go move somewhere else.;)

I hear the middle east is nice this time of year. Russia is probably still nice too. Neither areas care much for courts either...:p

Heard that this girl became disillusioned by the Islamic State, concluding that their propaganda was all lies (who knew?), but after witnessing an Austrian girl getting publicly beaten to death for trying to leave the IS, she was too scared to make an escape attempt. Oh well, she made her choice.

Well wasn't jihahdi Jamal killed in what his family lawyers said was against international law? My bad if not.

Millions of school children across the country arent signing up to ISIS, most will have watched the news over the years and put two and two together to know that ISIS is not a good thing to aspire too.
However 3 girls took it upon themselves with all the evidence out there to travel to an ISIS stronghold in an act of actively supporting them.

I for one am 100% happy this bitch is dead, and look forward to news that the other two have died.

At 16 you know the difference between right and wrong, and its appalling in itself that people feel the need to somehow protect these scumbags.

Quoted for truth.

The sad fact is however that hundreds maybe up to 2,000 have gone to fight with ISIS. If you fight with the Kurds against ISIS you are arrested, but - as we know from France - fight for ISIS and return and nothing happens other than you are put on a watch list.
