11 tonnes of tnt you mean. About twice as powerful as the grand slam bombs used in ww2.
Its near 22klbs so about 10-11 ton IIRC not even the fraction of the power of a nuke though still pretty devastating.
Everyone seems forgets that the devastation from the first two strategic nukes was mostly due to the wooden structures of Japanese architecture, this bomb has a different action anyway, it is made entirely to be concussive.
I'm sure it can even collapse lungs with how quickly the pressure changes.

Interestingly The difference between the MOAB and the DC is that the MOAB is likely to be far more destructive from a pure blast POV. The DC would produce rather less blast effects but its lethality is from its direct radiation burst.
Almost instantly lethal within 150M, Likly Lethal eventually within 400M and would probabalkly make many people within half a mile very uncomfortable, at least for a while.

Tianjin explosion gives a good idea of the scale of this bomb - though a MOAB is more focused use of that kind of force rather than the kind of ad hoc way Tianjin went off.
