I had headstroke when I was a kid of about 7. Fell asleep in the sun whilst on holiday in Corfu in August. My hands, feet and head swelled up and I vomited for 2 days. Most unpleasant.

Meant to be significantly more windy tomorrow for East England. So will certainly take the edge off

I been lying out in it like hour 20 minutes, feels fine, going to swap sides now don't want to end up too red.

Edit: actually the only thing suffering is my phone, it doesn't like this heat.
