I've had what I presume to be mild heat stroke previously, it's horrendous, its like having the flu but worse.

They call that 'heat exhaustion', if it progresses to heatstroke that is proper deadly.

I had headstroke when I was a kid of about 7. Fell asleep in the sun whilst on holiday in Corfu in August. My hands, feet and head swelled up and I vomited for 2 days. Most unpleasant.
