I am a bit disappointed - Normally when it's hot it usually melts the tar on the roads -not seen that yet. Heat wave my bum.

Recorded temp out the back is showing 96f in full sun --It was there when we moved in 12 yrs ago,

Although people will be moaning (which is totally justified) a hell of a lot more when they are paying thier gas bill.

Just gotta wear a hat, I spend a lot of time outside in the sun, wearing a hat is the one biggest difference thing you can do, keep the sun off your face/head and out of your eyes.

Then obviously stay hydrated.

31ºC here, just outside Liverpool. Downstairs still holding at 21.5C; upstairs is really climbing though, already at 24.5ºC in the main bedroom (south facing) and 24C in the room I'm sat WFH in.
