Sounds a bit much. My Thermapen hit 38.7 in the garden (south facing, very tiny, no breeze) just now. Put it next to a scaffolding pole in the sunshine and it soon shoots up to 40+Wokingham. My thermometer hits 52 in the back garden in direct sunlight (I think it's the metal heating up rather than the air temperature), 42 in the shade, 30 indoors. I am melting.
Sounds a bit much for this weather!Got a nice slab of tenderloin pork to chuck in the Ninja, plus a baked potato topped off with mature cheddar, fried mushrooms and egg, along with spicy sausage in those small pasta thingies, forgotten what they're called.
Air in London feels like a hot fan. Everything is just hot and the buildings just emit heat. Definitely feels hotter than when I’m on holiday in the med.
I worked 5am to 1pm today. Escape from the hottest temperatures.
