It's too hot :(

If you not used before. I recommend www.ventusky.com for global weather. Plus gives historical weather for up to the last 43 years. Great if you planning holidays somewhere.

This was the date when I got pelted down with massive hailstones in Sicily, north of Ragusa.

I've used Weather Underground for that over a decade ago!

Over the last few years that's increasingly becoming less true. I doubt this will be the last heatwave this years, I think we're going to get several weeks of 28+ over the next 2-3 months. That makes it worth it in my opinion.

2020 was a hot one, I think last year was rubbish here, was it last year we had a lot of floods throughout summer in London?

Getting pretty tired of this getting spewed out by people. We use ours May to September at least. It's not just 3 days a year. If you don't mind being warm at night and can sleep ok, fine, but for those of us that like it cool it's an absolute god send and it's used a lot.

Agreed. Those of us with demanding jobs appreciate the cool (and quiet) nights of sleep. We use ours far more than these weeks and my gaming room air con gets used a fair bit even in the winter. The ‘2 week’ mentality is why we’ll struggle to progress on this issue and why the country will shut down during these increasingly common spells of weather.

36 degrees where I am and have 23 pallets to load. Fridge is on 2 degrees. Normally I would load it turned off as it is very loud but not today! Only thing is I am worried how hot my cab is going to be when I get back in. Was a cool 16 degrees.

Surprised there's not really been any hosepipe bans, we had at least a few in the 00's and 90's when it was anecdotally wetter than it has been in recent years

Affinity Water have requested that we don’t use them. More to do with water processing and low pressure rather than reserve issues I believe. That’s not my problem tbh, they just need to invest more in their infrastructure.

You see, it's posts like this which make me so mad at the Daily Flail comments like "I am still alive, what's the fuss about". Well, just GO OUTSIDE FOR FIVE MINUTES and think about the people like Adam who have all that work to do.

I wonder if there are any people with demanding jobs who do not appreciate it.
What about those who work in a less demanding role? Would the appreciate it or not?

I get what you're saying, mate, but it could possibly be worded a bit better.
