How did you get rid of the baggy skin?

I lost a stone and a half and loose skin near my arm pits.

Plot twist : chopped off right arm to make final weight reduction.

-Well done on the weight loss!

Top job and well done. Now don't lose any more or it will start to look unhealthy.

Also you have to do a cheesy weight watchers type pic wearing those old shorts. :D

why do you always use a different font, just curious. also, how do you actually do it

Yeah, how do you do it? Forget about how he lost all that weight and that! (;))

Seriously, congratulations. A lot of effort, hard work and lifestyle changes there to get to where you are now. I take my hat off to you!

It is incredible! Massive weight loss in such a short time. Was it 2000 calories all the time for continued weight loss? I tried this kind of thing once and struggled to lose mere 10kg on 1600 calories continuously for 6 months, and I was nowhere near your initial weight. And the toll it took on me, I was always tired, problems with concentration, mood swings. I envy your persistence and will.

Remarkable transformation, As I said before mate amazing.

Although I will say, There was nothing wrong with the old Feek apart from a few health concerns maybe. :D

what humans can do when they seriously try,

very well done proper will power! :)

why stop there, go run some marathons, but strangly if/as you get fitter you'll become more efficiant at processing energy, very easy to gain weight as you get fitter.

learn to enjoy hunger and live decades longer.
