Dalglish said the same thing he's said for the last year when he's been asked about transfers and the comment from Mick McCarthy would have come from a discussiong weeks ago. They're not going to rearrange the game a few days before kick-off.

Oh and Dalglish didn't say any bid was nonsense. The club told the press before Mancini's comments that it was nonsense. Dalglish simply said we won't be doing any business today and as he's always said, he wouldn't comment on transfers until they're done and dusted.

Exactly, if he could sort players out Rooney wouldn't be the petulant player he is, but then Ferguson did hit him where he hurts most, in the wallet region the other week. Maybe other managers were too afraid to fine gazza and let him get away with it..

Seems that Pienaar might be coming back to us as like a loan swap. But I have a feeling we couldn't meet Jelavic wage demands and agent fee without getting rid of some one else off the wage bill.
 
I just dont get Saha to spurs..what is he going to give them that their current strikers dont?

was the physio not busy enough?
