Blackpool refusing to sell Tom Ince in this window, it's odd because everyone on here says Ince is the better than Zaha (and the stats back that up) but whereas Zaha was wanted by us, Arsenal and Newcastle (and I presume others) Ince is wanted by the likes of Reading :/

By all accounts blackpool want a clear 6 or 7 million quid in the bank, trouble is we have a 35%ish cut due to the sell on clause and Ince himself is entitled to a slice of the transfer fee. So they are playing hard *** and I suppose hoping his value goes up to Zaha levels of silly money in the summer?

Regarding Ince, it's seeming as if he is going under the radar of a lot of clubs quite strange as he seems to be doing well.

Blackpool's chairman is a mentalist. Holloway's closing remarks of him went on about how he accepts some players just have to move to develop their careers and the chairman point blank has refused to accept this, hence why Ince and Phillips are still there, despite both having large offers for over the last 2 windows.

Zaha is quicker and therefore better ;) (logic of the top teams in England).

Ince by all accounts is showing to be able to do a lot more now and will want a first team spot (not a hot prospect place) but in theory might not go as far as some people think Zaha can. Reading are one of the few teams in the prem that can take Ince and start him for the last 17 games of the season when everyone else would give him a few goes then loan him out or cast him off the scrap heap again, more too it than just club reputation for some players...

Not bad considering Mancini said he isn't going anywhere. Lol.
Surely you know that you never say you are actively trying to sell someone? As it weakens your position.

If it is true than thank goodness Txiki has finally got some money out of Galliani.

Sell Dzeko in the summer and put the combined fees together for Cavani. Sorted :p

That AVB and Holtby pic is pretty funny because if you showed that to any non football fan they would probably think both were players! And AVB was the captain meeting the new signing! :D

Balotelli has gone. 4 and a half year contract with AC Milan, though City still seem to be saying differently.

It's been a pretty boring window so far, although January ones usually are so not sure what I was expecting :)

Disappointed to see Super Mario leaving the prem, he was pure comedy.

Just to confirm about Balotelli:

AC Milan have agreed a deal to sign Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli on a four-and-a-half-year contract, the Italian club's director Umberto Gandini has confirmed.

Former Inter Milan striker Balotelli, 22, will have a medical in Milan on Wednesday before signing his contract.

It is understood the deal for the Italy international is worth 20m euros (£17m) plus bonuses and add-ons.

Manchester City have declined to comment on the news.
