Rafael for captain?! :D

There are some reports that Real Madrid are close to signing Alberto Moreno from Sevilla, which would free up Coentrao.
 
If it happens its ok, but nothing that inspiring

The other thing that has changed is that of course Moyes is doing a lot of his own scouting, which SAF only did on a very rare occasion.

This might just be an age thing, but Im not sure the additional speculation is that much of a good thing.
 
This article on the beeb quoting Rene Meulensteen and Fulhams bid for Morrison, surely this is just a form of tapping him up? Shouldn't someone be stepping in to say something about this?

Considering Everton are closer to the title spot than Utd are, surely Utd becoming as good as Everton wouldn't be a bad thing? ;)

Not sure why some of the Man Utd fans here don't want Coleman. Yes, Rafael is good, and has lots of potential, but for this season I don't think anyone would question that Coleman has been the best RB in the league. Assuming he keeps up this level (and it's not just an amazing run of form) I think he'd do well at any club in the league, though I don't want him to go anywhere.

I wouldn't mind Coleman, but Everton won't want to deal with us so he'll cost loads.
 
I would be surprised if right now any Everton players would join Manu without getting 100k per week. If he'd gone in for Coleman in July he might have stood a chance.

If Baines signs a new deal and snubs Moyes that's one hell of a statement. Barkley won't go to United. He will either go to City or Chelsea.
 
Don't see this happening. They need to spend that money on a striker not another attacking midfielder.

I think that's a definite pretty much, especially with all the talk of Controau.
