Correct the last day of the summer transfer man city bid 60 mill which was accepted. But I think it was Lerner turned arsenal down. so arsenal then pulled out of Sanchez deal . even I knew this and I'm not a arsenal fan :p
 
As above, he was going to Man City for £60m but it all fell through at the last minute due to Lemar not wanting to go to Arsenal (at such short notice, anyway).

His wife doesnt like the place, not Giroud.

Plus if they have kids, the wife may not want to upset there lifestyle and studies in london.

Oh yes I remember. Meh should have sold him still but hindsight is a lovely thing.

Even Wenger is saying he’s now relieved Sanchez is gone :p.

Well then leave her behind and go get your World Cup place :p.

I personally don’t see it happening anymore especially if Giroud isn’t willing to go and along with us not offering the right amount.

Latest reports are suggesting a Giroud loan won't be included in the PEA deal, so it looks like everything may be on hold until they can source a replacement

We don't play him anymore, turns out the buckets had holes in :p

In all seriousness though, he only scored 4 in the league last season, he wasn't scoring buckets.

Wow! Dortmund want £57m for Aubameyang. Arsenal have upped their bid to £52.3m. There’s just under a £5m difference which is peanuts nowadays.

Only Arsenal could bugger this one up for the sake of s few million. As transfer failures go, this would be their most epic of the lot.
