Roma are skint and in massive debt so I'd be extremely surprised if they found £12m down the back of a settee somewhere. Giving the fact it's come from the dutch press it wouldn't surprise me if it's an attempt to extract more money from us.

Just heard a rumour that Defoe has gone to Portsmouth and Benjani to Man City if the deal goes through. Hope it's not true
