Bent hasn't been great since joining Spurs. However, I think he's got the potential to be the much better player out of the two. Defoe's play is very one dimensional.

Sad to see him leave though. His record last as a sub was phenomenal.

Bent has only played a few games and is a more complete striker than Defoe who is perfect for a team like Portsmouth. Hopefully he'll be fit soon and show us all what he can do

Leeds have signed Bolton's Michalik. Weird signing this. 1, He was in the Bolton first team this season but they sold him to a League 2 side. 2, He wanted to move from Prem to League 1!! 3, We had him on loan last season, I'm not sure why McAllister would know anything about him?? I guess he's having a lot of help purchasing players!
