Bit of a deload today as my back was feeling pretty rough

Monday: Back

Wide Grip Pullups - BW+10kg x10x3
Close Grip Pulldowns - 70kg x12x3
One Arm Rows - 50kg x15, 60kg x12x3
Seated Cable Row - 80kg x15, 100kg x12x2
Pullovers - 30kg x15x3
One Arm Machine Row - 50kg x12x2
 
Well a deload in the sense that there were no big lifts like deads or bent over rows, a lot of cable or machine work instead.

Tuesday: Chest/Tris

High Incline DB Press - 32kg x15x2, 45kg x10x2
Bench Press - 90kg x12x3
DB Fly - 22kg x12x3
Flat DB Press - 40kg x12x4
Overhead DB Extension - 38kg x12x4
V-Pushdown - 35kg x10x3, 40kg x8
Rope Pulldown - 20kg x15x2
 
Have AIDS at the moment, mix of hayfever with this pollution and a cold, so swapped my leg and shoulders day. Not being able to breathe properly wouldn't have ended well on leg day

Thursday: Shoulders

Seated BB Press - 70kg x15x2, 100kg x8, 100kg x6x2 (Dropset 70kg x8)
OHP - 50kg x10x4
Facepulls - 70kg x12x3
Rear Cable Fly - 20kg x15x2
Side Laterals - 18kg x12x3
 
Sunday: Quads

Squats - 70kg x20, 110kg x12x2, 130kg x8x3, 110kg x12
Leg Press - 320kg x12x3
Leg Extension - 50kg x25x3, 65kg x12x2

Legs were fried after this, tried doing lunges and just couldn't balance so called it a day. Dat pump
 
Monday: Chest/Triceps

High Incline Bench Press - 70kg x15x2, 100kg x10x2
Incline DB Press - 38kg x10x3
Chest Press - 85kg x12x3
Cable Fly - 35kg x12x3
DB Overhead Extension - 40kg x12x3
Cable Pushdowns - 30kg x12x4
V Pushdowns - 35kg x10x2
 
Tuesday: Back/Hamstrings

Lat Pulldown - 80kg x15x2, 95kg x10x3
Closegrip Pulldown - 75kg x10x3
Seated Cable Row - 100kg x12x4
Bent Over Row - 80kg x15, 100kg x12x2, 130kg x8
One Arm Row - 60kg x10x3
Hamstring Curl - 40kg x15x2, 50kg x12x5
 
My hammys were still so sore from Sunday for some bizarre reason, think it was because I did high foot leg press. Didn't want to over do it
 
Despite lots of ISO work which is not for me, but is so necessary for your goals - your workout volume is mad. With all the stuff you're taking you'll be beastly! Can't wait to see pics. :cool:
