??? it is true. Are you really telling me you can be arrested for carrying a Baseball bat a base Ball and a Baseball Glove if so sorry mate you are wrong.
Before i moved to the Midlands the Police continually Pulled me over and continually raided my propertys.
Trust me i know what is legal to carry and whats not.
Of course as soon as you wave the Bat at someone it becomes an offensive weapon but possesing all 3 items in the boot of your car is Not an offense. How could it be ffs.

It's not an offence, but saying "look officer, I've got a glove and ball so I was playing bball" isn't going to get you off the hook. Ever.

I know someone who left a cricket bat with pads, ball and gloves under his counter after playing cricket with his son. Clobbered a would be robber, armed with a knife, in his shop and got done for it.

Excellent.

call his probation officer at the local probation offices, cos no doubt he has been released on license from prison, and he is breaching his conditions by being abusive to anyone, im a prison officer an am pretty sure that if hes on license hes breaching it by threatening you

My next door neighbour is a mad man. He has just come out of prison for lamping his wife (who has taken him back 2 days after gettign out of nick)
Blokes who act really hard and have form for lamping women generally don't have the balls to fight another man. He's a coward, through and through.

Sounds like a charmer.

you know what I'd do.

but the don's will remove my spanky priviligaes if I even post that image.

I hope he doesn't take off!

Timed power switch plus large stereo system when out shopping or at work?
Thermite his car to desctruction?
Standing on your doorstep smiling in an evil fashion?
Dogpoo through the letter box?

I don't think deliberately aggravating him is going to help.
I hope that the police are going to come down on him for his behaviour but I doubt that they will.

well I think that the police, just asked him to think about his conduct, what a waste of time the piggy bridage is.

Ring the police again and tell them you think he was going 31mph down your road, mere minutes before he'll be banged up again :p

My mum had new neighbours moving in 2 years ago, in the beginning they got on ok, then after a while they left their dog in the backyard without food a lot when they were out (sometimes they didn't come back for days) and my mum fed the dog sometimes, but couldn't sleep over the howling in the night...

She then started complaining to her neighbour about it, and the neighbour turned into the neighbour from hell: swearing to her, telling her kid to stamp the flowers in her front garden, etc.. Even one day she came to the door and threatened my mum's partner... whom told the neighbour to get lost and if ever bother again that he would inform the police....

Now things are calmed down a little, they don't speak but when i get there they give us all dirty looks, I just ignore them I don't want more trouble for my mam, really i'm angry and want to do something, but I leave it... they have started taking a bit more care for the dog now...

a bit pathetic how neighbours can be towards each other - neighbours should consider each other and if possible be friends imo.
