Yup, it's the little things like that which cloud peoples opinions on her and I'm sure there are qualities to her that are genuinely unlikable but you can say the same about everyone. When the media goes full blown on someone it's quite easy to see how they can sway the opinion of the masses.
As Malcom X said, the media is one of the most powerful weapons.
Please give me an example were you have literally served the royal family or have bowed to them? Are they any figurative examples?
I guess you could argue HMRC and other government agencies with the same naming convention but let's be honest it nothing more than a front for parliament. I doubt anyone is happy paying taxes because it has the Queens name attached to it instead of bojo's name.
Your original post never said a higher "status" it said better and the only thing I am implying is that I don't think they are better than me because they are part of the royal family and I am not.
As far as I am concerned Social class, status and social climbing can be attributed to societies worship of money if they were a bog standard rich family society would still dive head first into their family business.

@Colonel_Klinck I don't disagree with your point but this current younger generation are pretty poisonous in their beliefs. It's not "free love and let me screw who I want". It's "shut the hell up your words are evil".
Well I did chuckle when I read Morgan had lost his job. My personal view is he is entitled to opinion, I think the 41,000 complainants are wrong. Journalists are expected and should be expected to challenge things they are told. You employ people like Morgan to share their opinions and he shared that one. Equally I have no problem with GMB/ITV sacking him, he is after all their spokesperson and if they had asked him not to share certain views and he refused they are entitled to be represented by whom suits them. With regard to his storming off air. What we don't know I guess is what the producer(s) are saying in his ear. Maybe they are annoying him just as much as the fella on the panel.
Offending people shouldn't be an offense and if there isn't free speech for everything then there isn't free speech at all. (usual incitement/fire in a theatre caveats accepted)
Interestingly my wife came home yesterday and said in the office there was a straight generational divide on some of the Markle stuff. Older were less digital (tries to avoid black and white) in their views, the youngsters were Manichean in their outlook. Heaven help us if the Millennials and Z's don't chill out as they get older the World is going to turn into a hideous place.

He probably quit to protect his brand. The likes of Morgan don't really work if they have to go back on their own words.
And half the people in this thread couldn't be arsed to watch the actual interview but made their minds up anyway that she's lying.
lol what? The incident was almost as complained about as Jade Goody's comment on Big Brother and she was a pariah after that. You can't rack up that many complaints without expecting some serious professional repercussions. He's been adept at skirting the line between controversy and offence for years and has finally been hoist by his own petard.
Frankly his mock outrage and talking over interviewees is pantomime and anybody taking it as serious journalism needs to see a doctor for their serious brain injury.
