I've got some sweet ones but they were taken at full size and are like 500mb each so can't get them up on the tube. Anyone know a program that'll let me resize them?

Or a free fraps type program that has more options to control video size and length?

or are they still building the game. They should so add more and pilots should get better with each susucseful flight.

So addicted to this, got the satilite into space. Took ages it must be a heavy unit.

But how high do I need to get it? or is it just a certain speed?

the main aim is to get out of the atmosphere almost straight up, but then you need to add horizontal speed to make orbit. If you watch Shuttle launches on youtube, you see they go "up" at like 70-60 degrees, rather than 90 (straight up) This is because horizontal speed is key to making orbit, however you need to gain as much vertical speed as possible to leave the drag of the atmosphere down.

Yup, fast as possible straight up through the lower atmosphere, then when you have less drag you can start to level off... remember you're travelling in a straight line, the planet is curving your path for you.

My highest yet.
Still cant do anything big though, solid rockets refuse to ignite in right order if i have more than about 12. its a known problem, but other people seem to manage just fine

63G though, i think i may of squished them, cant wait for them to implement the crew segment.

.. So annoying, apparently fixed in next release though.

Certainly needs a fast forward button and I need the computer moduals to be released. I can't control it by keyboard to obtain orbit.

doesn't appear to be. if i have to many solid boosters. the last in the chain ignite on take-off. Rather than the first. tried different designs. and they all work upto a certain point. Then i add aother stage and it all goes wrong.

think I just smashed my record, but I forgot to add a parachute
