Kevin Space Invader

An entire year out of the public eye and he chooses to come back in this way...

Can't fault the acting though. He is superb.

Yep saw this on reddit earlier.

Crazy lol.

Dude is a great actor though...... apparently he was charged today with sexual assault and then this video surfaces? A strange turn of events indeed.

Am I missing something here? Why is he putting on that Southern accent when he's from New Jersey?

Playing his character frank underwood from house of cards.

Holy crap, I can't believe he just posted that.

I don't know what to believe or whose side to be on, but I loved the video all the same. He's toying with my Frank Underwood heartstrings. That sociopathic, underground Zoe murdering son of a bitch.

That video is appalling. Hope he goes down for what he did and his subsequent attitude towards it.

As a comment said, if he's innocent - brilliant. If he's guilty - what a ****!

He basically admitted it, no one forgets something like that unless they are intoxicated, and if they do it shows they believe they are clearly capable of such an act. Any non-rapist would deny the allegation.

I never saw him admitting it. Do you have any evidence of him admitting it? By the way, he did (and does) deny the allegations.

Saying something along the lines of "I don't remember that happening like that" is a less confrontational denial than saying "You are lying". It's not an admission of guilt.

Looks like another one is going to bite the dust, RIP House of Cards, looks like a few more have come forward against him as well.

Inb4 innocent until proven guilty and all that.

Not a big fan of the way the MeToo movement is basically a weaponised rumour mill, but Spacey is pretty dodgy. A friend of Jeffrey Epstein, well-connected paedophile. Spacey spent time at Epstein's sex resort and was a guest aboard his "Lolita Express". If there's one person that probably should fall foul of MeToo, Spacey is a good candidate from what I can tell.

I suspect that's total bs and all cases will continue to be reviewed on their own merits.

I think the victims of this movement are less suffering due to court losses and more from public villification. Take Max Landis, for example. No evidence of wrong-doing so far as I've ever seen and a very talented guy in his own right, not just riding on his father's success. One very political actress (who is a very messed up person, btw), made some public insinuations on Twitter, no evidence, no attempt to take any legal action against him for supposed crimes. It was taken up by her followers and a baying Twitter mob. He got severe damage professionally. Dirk Gently on Netflix appears to have been cancelled because of damage to his reputation and online hounding. Bright, starring Will Smith, may also have been affected. Both were Landis' brainchild. Meanwhile the woman who made the online comments, a woman who has said how she fantasises about being a male rapist! - gets praised for her accusations.

Cases may be reviewed on their own merits in court, but that's not where the damage is being done. Who knows how many innocent men there are for every Kevin Spacey?

Also, what fame? Why would you want to be known as someone who's been sexually abused? What are you getting out of it exactly?

To be a victim, is also to be special. There's also simple vindictiveness and jealousy. Acting is probably the bitchiest profession on Earth. But to be clear, I'm talking generally, not about Spacey who I suspect is guilty of a lot of such behaviour based on reasons given above.

I think it's brilliant.

Let's see what happens in the courts.

I think there needs to be a good distinction between a serious sexual assult, and some of the more tenous claims e.g. You're in a bar and someone walks past and pats you on the ass. Or in a gay bar, where people tend to be very touchy overtly sexual as it is. Most people just laugh something like that off.

Obviously if it's consistant unwanted attention or anything more serious then that's a different matter.

Credibility of magic memory loss of a significant event is less than nothing, and you would absolutely be confrontational against someone making a false accusation.

The trouble is that unwanted attention is constant. It beggars belief that you think touching someone, especially on the bum, unannounced and without consent is okay.
Even if as a one off its seen as ok, it’s not a one off.
Woman are sexualised and treated as such from the moment they leave their house. The cars slowing down to ogle her, the person at the coffee shop talking about the things he would do to her to his friends, her boss objectifying her and taking more concern in Her appearance than her job, the supplier who calls her darling and flirts on the phone, the drunkard on the train putting an arm round her trying to chat her up, the Mass media blaming her for being raped as She wore a short skirt and then finally the man in the pub patting her bum.
None of these things are OK and you can’t look at acts in isolation and say they are ok as for many women out there acts aren’t an isolated thing.

I saw what that barman said on the BBC, he honestly sounds pathetic and feels the need to go public simply because a famous gay guy tried it on with him. He makes out as if he was raped or something
