Kids these days, eh?

Nothing confirmed but what I've heard in the last few days is the mother of the little girl worked in some kind of recruitment agency and sacked the killer.
I walked past the murder scene on saturday bringing my kids back from the park, so horrible to see. Hundreds of bunches of flowers.

Dodgy agencies supplying farmers with dodgy cheap labour. What has happened is disgusting but I bet exploitation was running rampant.

I see it everywhere when I go do collections at farms. Rows of static caravans with questionable legalities of the workers there.

It seems a bit of very violent summary justice was served on this man whilst in custody in his Wakefield prison:

"People have been plotting against him for a while and on Sunday they got their chance, with a few running into his cell and ambushing him.

'There was one bloke who meted out the beating, aided by a couple of others who joined in and kept watch. He was in a very bad way and was basically left for dead.

'Guards found him and acted very quickly, and he was taken to hospital by air ambulance. Skebas has had a target on his back since he arrived – and really this attack was only a matter of time.

'There are a lot of nasty people in Wakefield, in for a lot of awful things – but the fact the Lithuanian is accused of killing a nine-year-old made him a target. If guards had not found him, it could have been all over for him.'

Skebas was under constant supervision following his return to prison.

A Prison Service spokesperson said: 'A prisoner at HMP Wakefield was treated in hospital for injuries following an assault by another prisoner."

From the Daily Mail.

THE man accused of killing nine-year-old Lilia Valutyte was slashed and battered in a brutal jail attack. Deividas Skebas, 22, was air-lifted to hospital after being “left for dead” in a cell ambush by vengeful lags.

Well that's brightened up my day.

Wouldn’t it be better to wait until his guilt is proven before battering the **** out of him?

He was back in his cell the next day following treatment. I doubt it was as big a doing as the headline makes out.

Absolutely. I do think we need to change the law so that people are protected until they are found guilty. Reputations ruined, permanent injuries, loss of life, all off the back of an accusation.
I know it would hamper the investigation, but really it is intolerable that a potentially innocent man was treated in this way by a lynch mob.

"Am I, Dis86, allowed to kill children by way of drowning?" asks man likely on a list himself.

At least they can feed some sealife as these two are very unlikely to ever grow in to anything better than dangerous criminals.
However you will note I didn't ask if I could drown them. Keep working on that reading comprehension, chuck!

Well to be fair it was a silly question to ask - as you know that rightly or wrongly, drowning children no matter how bad they might seem isn’t really allowed in most civilised countries.
That being said, these pair will likely have some serious issues if they’re capable of killing caged, defenceless animals and you are probably correct that a life of crime beckons.

So...should we not save the world from potential innocents suffering? The future awaits...

Are we allowed to just throw them in the sea? Vile little rats.

There were a similar pair of kids that did this in Ukraine back in the 00's. Google Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs. They started off on animals then ended up with quite a violent killing spree.

Not in our lifetime but hopefully sometime in the future parents will be screened before they can have kids.

Oh I know of them. They were the type of little darlings that dear Maggy believes are nought but little scamps in need of a smidge of extra love.

There's a long and well proven link between animal cruelty and continued violence in adulthood. Sadly leopards rarely change their spots.

You could have used a dangerous dog analogy rather than gone with the so far unrepresented 'leopard' trope. It would have at least tied in with your other tired thread(s). If you're not going to try then I'm not going to bother

Still, love you. Call me xx
