Take your pick. I'm sure it covers all angles because it very much gets discussed in person from all points of view. The biggest one comes up about it is the threat of cheap labour that the ones of the past spent ages building up good wages over the decades. Even though they too were once on very bare minimum wages all bunked up.

Yep. You tend to find that people who have experienced directly, or indirectly the rather painful, expensive, proper channels tend to quite rightly object to others being given a free ride.

A "forriner" workmate of mine goes nuts about lax attitudes towards illegal immigration because of the grief he went through to get himself and his family over here a few decades back.
