Much pigeons, such research, wow.
Im new to the game, and have been learning the mechanics via bot games.
Looking to have 3 or 4 champs that I can use to some degree of competence to be able to cover all lanes/roles if needed, before I venture into PvP.
I have discovered I like Morgana, who can cover Mid or Bot as support.
So Im looking for a champ I can use top lane, preferably a ranged champ as I don't seem to do too well with melee characters.
Any recommendations? I did buy Elise, but I am still learning her mechanics and Im not sure about her.
The new jungle camp from what it seems is equiv to a big golem only I think it does slightly less damage.... Seems from this that they want junglers to be farming more and ganking less and I guess the free wards will help prevent that aswell.
So farm to mid/late game and hopefully be big enough to compete in a tf.
Im starting to adopt Trick2g's philosopohy of just not giving a **** now, I gank push lanes so hard , steal lanes cs - I dont care anymore. They bitch and moan about it I just mute them, seems to be working well so far. 2 games last night I switched back to Xin as havent played in ages and absolutely destroyed with tri force and stacking CDR - wasnt even a contest.

Haven't had any rage in games I play for like 6 months or so![]()
Last Morgana support I had called support but then stood there and did nothing. I had a lulu constantly poking me for 15 minutes while they stood behind me and occasionally shielded me. To say it was frustrating is an understatementI think this is why people don't want to support. They don't really know what they should be doing so they just AFK in lane which is obviously rather dull.
As for Jungle, I think the Trick2g's philosophy is the only way to win as a jungler sometimes. If you're nice you end up falling behind a ton in gold unless the enemy team constantly gives you gank opportunities which makes it hard to carry the game. Like you found the consequences are they'll moan at you a ton but you always get moaned at with jungling anywayI've seen Trick go 13 kills up as Udyr and his lanes were still giving him ****! It's ridiculous.

Im new ofc - but if I support as Morgana I will shield, but also try to harass with pool and trap/pool enemy champs to set up a kill for my ADC. I guess its kind of an aggressive style of support....not sure if thats the right thing to do, but I don't know what else I should be doing as support, apart from warding.
As a general observation, supporting kind of sucks as you end up underlevelled and with less gold to make items, which is a fun part of the game.
Thanks to those above who offered advice on a top laner, Ill have a look at Kennen, seems to fit the bill.
