What mouse to you own and what is the polling rate set to?
Razer Mamba Elite, polling rate is 1000 Hz. You really think it could be the mouse?

By default, CS GO either have v-sync turned on or console command fps_max is 0 (meaning uncapped) or fps_max 400 (up to 400 fps). This means that freesync/gsync is not active since fps is out of range. Enable console via settings menu in the game and then type in the console fps_max 140 (for 144hz mode) or 155 (for 160hz mode). That will put fps into the freesync/gsync range and you will see your blackscreens if they exist for your setup. So i'm convinced more than ever the black screen issue is related to Freesync / Gsync. Had 8hrs yesterday on CSGO, no issues whatsoever, playing Night of the Dead today and i've had two black screens inside of 1hr.
My CSGO is uncapped, vsync disabled, monitor @ 160hz but max fps is fixed at 144fps (confirmed via monitors fps overlay), MSI AB set to 160fps max. A Google suggests it is a common issue being @ @144 and full screened window mode might fix but not bothered so far.By default, CS GO either have v-sync turned on or console command fps_max is 0 (meaning uncapped) or fps_max 400 (up to 400 fps). I did not update on the black screen for my setup. But, I'm pretty sure, like for 99% sure, that it is due to electrical interference from other equipment. I plugged monitor into a different remote wall socket via an APC filter, but into this APC filter plugged in also a tv and a yamaha 7.1 receiver. If they are on, then monitor may still blink with a black screen, and if I turn them off via the button on the apc filter which disable electricity for one row of sockets (the monitor is plugged to another row which is "always on") then there will be not black screens. I gamed like this about 6 hours and had no black screens (160hz, freesync ON, fps capped below 160), while when the monitor is powered through the same wall socket along other equipment then it will blink a black screen like every 20-30 minutes. I'm going to test it more and may be even record it to a gopro to send it to LG.

Those three statements are correct and for clarityThere are three incompatible conditions mentioned in the above sentence:
"My CSGO is uncapped" - that means that CSGO is allowed to render as much frames as GPU and CPU are able to provide, meaning that actual fps will be always above the freesync/gsync range unless you game on a calculator,
"max fps is fixed at 144fps" - this is the opposite of being uncapped;
"MSI AB set to 160fps max" - this is also the opposite of being uncapped, but please take into account that fps must be capped quite a few frames below the monitor max refresh rate in order to get actual frames into the freesync/gsync interval so that freesync/gsync may kick in. For example, at 60 Hz I had to cap fps at 57 or 58 otherwise there will be tearing (in-game fps spikes are over 60 frames and freesync does not work), for 144 Hz it's 140 fps and for 160 Hz it's 155 fps.
So, in order to test CS GO for black screens you have to enable console, disable MSI after burner at all, in the console set fps_max 140 for 144 hz mode or 155 for 160 hz mode. Make sure vsync and all other sync, like enhanced sync, is turned off both in the game settings and in the GPU drivers.
@Sh4rkie Also, I've read like hundred times that MSI afterburner may totally mess up everything like rendering/latency/timing/input lag... I would stick to the nvidia/radeon settings without 3rd-party apps which interfere with rendering pipeline of the game engine.
Ridiculous in what sense? Is there a better way to undervolt? My 3080 is ridiculous without the 30% undervolt.
I have not had an NVidia GPU for quite a while, but I am sure that, just like for amd GPUs, power consumption is regulated via drivers' settings. Is there a better way to undervolt? My 3080 is ridiculous without the 30% undervolt.
Power usage is very high and fan noise matches it.Ridiculous in what sense?
Getting "Please connect supported monitor" when trying to access the LG Ultragear control center.
USB is connected and working as my Keyboard is being passed through the monitor as a hub - anyone seen this before?
Reinstalling drivers, USB drivers, disabling other monitors don't seem to work
Just had this myself.
Make sure the LG is set as primary monitor. ('Make this my main display'). Wouldn't work until I did this, even with disabling other monitors.
Looks like mine is going back, found some dead ones
Managed to grab one. Will begin testing it on Monday. 160hz, max HDR and make sure I don't need to return it.
I have been playing with settings for a couple days, for gaming I didn’t notice it, but when I started reading I could see it, then you can’t not see itWere you able to see that with naked eye? I ran the standard dead pixel test Youtube video and didn't see anything wrong on either of my monitors.
