any progress with G version review?
great news, could you please share how is the glow on this nano ips ?F review should be completed and online tomorrow with a bit of luck (evening). i will then be moving on to the G version which will hopefully take me a bit less time as some elements (like design etc) i can repeat from the F review.
The only thing I won't tell you about is 120 Hz, because I am used to 60 Hz so obviously I won't be able to catch any nuances about 120 Hz compared to other high refresh rate screens.
but thats the most important part krzysziu![]()

im just in a hurry coz i got 1 week to make a decision to keep x34p or send it back
got it for £700 but it has a quite visible glow so if the new UW5 is actually without any GLOW i will go for it
I have the attention span of a frog, where will you post the review?![]()

Ah very interesting nice one, I guess everything will be the same on the G version except obviously Gsync. What is the expected release date for these?
Not necessarily. GSync can influence response times and lag for instance quite often. Remains to be seen but I’d wait for the G review before making any conclusionsAh very interesting nice one, I guess everything will be the same on the G version except obviously Gsync. On AMD Gpus, vsync is not needed on this scenario. You can cap from the drivers the max fps without affecting input lag etc.Tearing occurs when the GPU is pushing more FPS than the monitor Hz
--> enable Vsync to fix, but know that Vsync adds lag due to buffering
--> with Vsync OFF, rate limit the GPU in a multiple of the monitor Hz to fix e.g. limit to 120FPS on a 60Hz monitor (provided you can sustain over 120FPS)
