LG 42-inch OLED

Guess my time has come to join the gang if I can get a price match at somewhere with a decent warranty. Really annoying as I have to go past Costco to get to RS and I'm pretty sure my trade membership is linked to my employer's purchase card. Don't think they'll be too happy I'm splashing out on a TV on their dime!

Folks.. is it me or is there a slight blue tint on the right side against a bright white background?
And on the bottom bezzle (middle) is it me or is there a gap in the silver bezzel frame?? I thought it was damage...

The blue tints are normal I had it both the right and left hand side, more on the left but it does fade a little after a good run in or few weeks use they should blend more towards the sides. Yes its noticeable more on white back grounds.

Just tested it on a white solid screen now, its much less reduced on the right hand side, but its still there on the left hand side a little but only when viewing at an angle.

Not sure about the gap on bezel, but some have reported it in the past especially on the bigger screens. I guess it depends if its a large gap or hanging off but I can't say I have noticed any gap on my C2 42 at the bottom.

Cheers R3X.

Just wondering if this bezel gap is grounds for a return.... so youre saying you dont see any kind of gap or mark in the metal frame at the bottom of the screen (i.e. just above where the power button/LED is located).

I'll add to the frame with R3X. There is no gaps or marks on my C2 42 around the the bottom of the screen.

Never noticed any kind of hue/tinting in my screen but I'm seldom using any white screens so can't fully weigh in there.

I just double checked mine, I do actually see a bezel under my screen but I am not sure its what you might be seeing your end.

I had to pretty much put my nose to the TV to see it though and put a torch to it, its a very slight gap under the silver frame bit, its probably 1mm gap and it goes around the entire screen so top, bottom, left and right is that what you mean?

I cant see it at all with normal lights or few inches away.

Maybe if you got a decent camera, take some shots and post it so we can compare?

Thanks for trying R3X.
I tried to take a picture but it didnt come out well Ill try to upload it later.
You are looking at the tight thing but in the wrong area.

Its literally that silver bezel BUT right in the bottom centre. I.e. just above the location where the LED/power button is located.

Does it make sense to you?
