Might be worth trying display driver uninstaller as well.
Make sure this is used after uninstalling the GPU drivers via control panel.

If you have the the display port 1.2 setting, try disabling it:

iirc a few in the LG 34" thread said it stopped flickering even though they were using DVI-D.
Although I think LG have removed that option when you don't use display port cable as misschief etc. have said they can't see the option when using a HDMI or DVI-D cable now.
Just check that the power and display cables are firmly seated in too.
My issue has indeed been resolved by using the included HDMI cable. I only saw it using DVI.
Could you possibly do me a favour and measure the two heights you mention... i.e from the desk surface to the top of the screen? I'm trying to figure out how it compares to my Dell and the height I have that set at. Many thanks. The stand is very basic, you only have angle adjustment and two height choices, with the max height still being a bit too low, a box will fix this though. Dell still have the best stands out there.
Where are your cables hidden in this picture?? I've got my monitor set up now (the same model as this).. but I can't see where cables can be hidden like yours?!

The colours on this are a lot better than my TN 120Hz!
But... due to my weird flicker issue, I've just put in a RMA request for the thing.
Unlucky
You going to try another one out?
Strange!
Is it definitely glow and not bleed? Able to take a photo? What brightness are you using?
