LG to Introduce 34-inch IPS 21:9 UltraWide (Model UM95) monitor

for that price it would be crazy not to get one.
Spoent £160 on mine just to get accurate colors lol.
Have done every monitor and tv in the house though so I guess when you add all those up its money well spent and also future monitors and TV's. Hopefully an OLED one day lol.

Just a quick heads up, there's a seller on ******** with the LG Calibrator for £5.18 inc. free delivery - I thought it was a mis-price and my order would be cancelled but it's been delivered and its a brand new functioning unit, pick up a bargain quick.

Just search for ACB8300.

Argh it's gone up to £30 now, probably was a mis-price after all...

Noted that it's only for LG products (not an issue for this thread but I was hoping one could use it for all sorts of displays - hehe I'm obviously no expert)...

Just managed to buy one for 5 quid, there was an error going to checkout but I tried again and it worked.

Order is confirmed!

Won't need to take the i1Display Pro with me if this LG one comes through :D

When I search ACB8300 there are two listed, one is still £5.18.

Percentage wise? Uhh...

If you care about accurate colour it'll make a whole lot of difference, put it that way.
Think I will pass mine looks very accurate already out of the box it came with an LG colour test chart. PQ looks good to me at all times apart from no true black........

I have goddamn awful timing for this stuff. Dropped £30 on one last week!

Well worth anyone getting one for 5 quid though. The monitor cost £800-odd, that's less than 1% more to calibrate it properly.

Anyone with a Mac installed Yosemite Beta 2? My LG True Color Finder software refuses to start in it. It keeps saying the Monitor isn't connected, either via USB, or TB. Both have been connected. :(
