Delvis, just keep at it mate. I first set foot in the gym when I was 18, and even though for many years I didn't eat well or train well I stuck at it.
 
Nothing like being able to help yourself to stuff in the fridge while being on the loo...

Wish my calves weren't tiny though, it does make for some funny looks in the gym when I'm squatting. People see my calves and assume I have weeny legs lol.
 
I don't remember them being that small. My brother's look small next to his silly quads and mine are hardly big but I just wear short shorts to answer any questions :).
 
My calves have always been small, they're like twigs now that I haven't used them in ages because of my ankle.

LiE you're pictures are encouraging me to do arm work, please stop it :p

Need to figure out what I'm doing when I get back on it...Just carry on with what I was doing or do some kind of strength program or something
 
My still tender left wrist is much worse today, I can only think that the pull ups I did yesterday have tweaked it. Quite sore right now which is annoying because tomorrow is 1RM bench press. I think it should be OK due to the angle that causes pain - more of a rotation than a bending back and forth. Worst case I have to use my wrist wraps.
 
Here's what I'm planning to do.

Warm up - 55x5, 70x5, 82.5x3
Working Set - 102.5x3, 117.5x2, 130x1
RM - 140x1, 155x1

should be RM for rep max, I'll change it.

I may have to have to use the wrist wraps tonight depending how it feels. I don't really like using them because it changes something which I don't like the feel of.
 
Good chest session tonight. I set out to get a clean 155 and I did :D felt pretty smooth. Went on to try 160 but didn't have enough in the tank it seems, maybe next time.

I can't seem to get with this hand-off business, I feels so much better when I unrack the weight. So I did my 155 with no hand-off. The guy filming was a bit slow to start recording but the rep is pretty much there.

I'd like to improve the holding power at the bottom, I pretty much touch my chest and go with this weight. I'm very happy my head was down, gone are the days of the head up.


The inner beast rawr came out today :D
